Prior experience should be related to external auditing and must have sound knowledge regarding Middle East relevant IFRS, IAS & ISAs. ACC/ACCA qualified with a high level of audit and accounting experience strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Graduate programs.

  • Qualified CA, ACCA, CPA.
  • Post qualification experience of minimum 3 years in an audit firm
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required, proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Good financial, analytical and accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit technologies and analytical tools.
  • Organised in time management

Job Vacancies:

Audit Associate

  • Assist and support clients in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and improving their financial reporting
  • Assist clients in improving and implementing efficient financial reporting processes
  • Assist clients in applying IFRS: conversions, implementation of new standards, accounting opinions, etc.
  • Ensure that engagements are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies and guidance, professional standards and local legal and regulatory requirements
  • Support clients to develop analytical tools or financial models for their daily operations
  • Getting to know our clients, their businesses and how they work to provide the right serviceMaintaining and updating of time sheets
  • Timely reporting to clients and office based on the office hours
  • In addition to above, there may be additional responsibilities given for enhancing your skills to progress towards a higher position

Auditor

  • Actively assist in the planning, budgeting and risk assessment of audit engagement.
  • Preparation of audit files and client deliverables
  • Identification of audit risk and designing audit programs based on risk analysis
  • Coach, develop and appraise junior staff
  • Review audit files and prepare review comments during the project.
  • Complete the planning for the audit fieldwork, allocate work as appropriate to audit assistants
  • Preparation of financial statements and any other deliverables
  • Keeping manager and Partner informed of progress/issues on a job throughout the audit process
  • Completion documentation, reviews and follow up of outstanding information

Tax Associate

  • Ensure clients comply with the local regulations and meet all tax obligations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of tax report and filing documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables and deliver quality tax services.
  • Establish good relationships with clients, manage their expectations and ensure excellent client services.
  • Engage in open communication and obtain feedback on existing processes to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and assess areas for improvement.
  • Establish good relationships with internal departments.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time -to-time.

AML Associate

  • Assist team in advising on AML Compliance policies.
  • Review client due diligence documentation as per the company’s AML/CFT policy & procedures.
  • Perform AML Compliance quality and testing, evaluate process deficiencies and analyze control measures.
  • Identify and escalate unusual activity or cases that fail to meet internal guidelines.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Partner.
  • Support the Head of Compliance in implementing the board-approved compliance program, ensuring that the Company complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Assist the Head of Compliance and MLRO in preparing annual reports.

Internal Auditor

  • Perform Internal Audit Engagements in All offices, including planning, field work and reporting
  • Knowledge in IPPF Standards
  • Knowledge in Risk Management & Corporate Governance
  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project and prepare deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

Consulting Associate

  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.
  • Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.
  • Keep up to date with technical developments for area of specialism.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in materials produced.
  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Intellectual Property Executive

  • Interact with heads of patent and innovation department of top global companies
  • Conduct standard patent and validity searches.
  • Train new team members on the standard patent (IP) searches
  • Use various patent and non-patent commercial tools
  • Analyse patents and scientific literature and identify hidden insights
  • Performing patent infringement studies
  • Other duties as assigned on joining.

Corporate Support Executive

  • Responsible for corporate formation, start-ups, offshore services, intellectual property, and outsourcing.
  • Should have extensive legalization and corporate formation experience both in mainland and free zones of Middle East.
  • Offshore company formation with a detailed knowledge of the laws and regulations related to setting up and managing offshore and free zone structures in the UAE.
  • Start-up expertise in giving advice on all legal forms of Business
  • Developing corporate structure, holding, branches and local establishments.
  • Assist companies to incorporate in the UAE by assisting them to acquire license from the relevant regulatory authorities.
